Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team via the official xTool Europe portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all laser modules, tools, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided shipping label and drop off your package at an authorized carrier location; please ensure you retain the tracking number for your records.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our European warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
